Alliance Promotes E-Collaboration

By Anthony Garritano

As the job of the servicer becomes more complex, DRI Management Systems and Artemis Enterprises have aligned to enable a more collaborative experience. Specifically, the DRI-Artemis alliance offers the default mortgage servicing market single-source access to their best-of-breed process and information management technology solutions. Mutual clients gain substantial cost saving benefits through time efficiencies and by reducing the risk associated with untimely and inaccurate communication errors.

"DRI has provided technology solutions to many of the nation's top servicers for over 20 years," says Mary Hunter, president and CEO of Artemis Enterprises. "The combination of process and cross-enterprise contact and content data management has never been offered in this industry before. Both DRI and Artemis are confident that this innovative strategic alliance will facilitate streamlined and time-saving communication solutions for our mutual clients, while also opening the door for both companies to expand into many other areas of the financial market."

DRI, long respected as a leader in default management technology, offers process management solutions for loss mitigation, pre-foreclosure, foreclosure, bankruptcy, REO, litigation, property preservation, claims and auto/consumer loans. Artemis Enterprises offers collaborative cross-enterprise contact and content information management solutions and services.

"DRI's alliance with Artemis will add a collaborative dimension to the efficiencies of processes we provide our existing and potential clients by streamlining communication with their industry partners and borrowers," said Duke Olrich, president, DRI Management Systems.

"Essentially, we can connect all the parties involved in servicing the loan and push that communication layer out to the borrower," added Ms. Hunter. "We can keep everyone and all the data linking housing counselors, the servicer, the GSEs and the borrower in one single repository.

"One system of communication will allow everyone to cut through all the confusion and allow us to better serve the borrower," concluded Ms. Hunter.
